Sunberry Order Terms of Service

These Terms of Service explain the rules for using the digital game named Sunberry Order. By using the game, you agree to follow the rules of the platform where the game is offered and the terms described here.
In this text, "Game" means Sunberry Order, a mini game based on memory, reflexes, and completing customer orders. "Developer" means the person or team that develops and publishes the game.
1About the Game
Sunberry Order is a fast-paced mini game where players remember customer orders shown briefly on screen, then select the correct customer and products to earn points.
The game is not a market management simulation, real commerce application, order placement system, or money-making platform. Products, customers, orders, points, and scores in the game are designed only for entertainment and gameplay.
2Use Rules
You must use the game in accordance with laws, platform rules, and fair-use principles.
You must not misuse the game with cheats, exploit searching, manipulation, automated play tools, or similar methods.
You must not disrupt the game, reverse engineer it, modify files without permission, or affect platform security.
The Developer reserves the right to take necessary technical or administrative measures to keep the game fair and secure.
3Accounts, Login, and Registration
The current version of Sunberry Order does not require account creation, login, membership, profile systems, or password-based registration.
You are not expected to enter a username, email address, phone number, or similar account information to play the game.
The platform where the game is published may apply its own account, session, or usage rules. Those processes are subject to the platform's own terms and privacy policies.
4Scores and Progress
The game may include score, best score, lives, combos, or similar progress elements. These are used to improve the gameplay experience.
In the current MVP scope, the game is designed to work offline. Scores or progress may reset, be lost, or not move between devices depending on device, browser, or platform conditions.
The Developer does not guarantee that scores or progress will always be preserved, backed up, or synchronized between devices.
5Purchases, Ads, and Real Money
The current version of Sunberry Order does not include real-money purchases, an in-game store, paid products, ad rewards, subscriptions, or cash-out systems.
Points, products, customers, or orders shown in the game have no real-money value and do not represent real products, services, payments, deliveries, or commercial transactions.
If purchases, advertising, or similar economic features are added in the future, these Terms may be updated and the necessary legal or policy notices will be provided.
6Privacy and Personal Data
The current MVP version of Sunberry Order is not designed to create accounts or directly collect personal information from users.
The platform where the game is published may process certain data for technical operation, security, performance, compatibility, or platform services under its own policies.
If the Developer adds a feature in the future that requires personal data processing, users will be informed and the relevant privacy notice will be updated.
7Intellectual Property
The Sunberry Order name, visuals, interface designs, characters, product icons, sounds, code, gameplay arrangements, and other content belong to the Developer or relevant rights holders.
You may use the game only for personal entertainment. Without written permission, you may not copy, distribute, sell, modify, republish, or commercially use the game's content.
8Changes or Suspension
The Developer may change the game to improve it, fix bugs, increase performance, comply with platform rules, or improve the gameplay experience.
The Developer does not guarantee that the game will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or perform the same on every device.
9Limitation of Liability
Sunberry Order is an entertainment game. It is not financial, commercial, educational, professional, or legal advice.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer is not responsible for direct or indirect damages, data loss, score loss, device or browser incompatibility, platform interruptions, or technical problems on the user's device.
10Children and Age Suitability
Sunberry Order is designed as a simple, non-violent mini game suitable for a general audience. Parental or guardian supervision is recommended for children.
11Changes to the Terms
The Developer may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated text becomes effective when published.
